1. About us

This website, globalgiftstore.com, is operated by Global Gift Store ("we", "us", "our"), based in Western Australia. By visiting our store or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen and measurements are approximate. Many clothing items use Asian sizing, which runs small, so please check the size notes on each product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include free tracked shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our products are sent from our suppliers' warehouses, mostly in China and some in the USA. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

Faulty, damaged, incorrect and undelivered items are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Product safety

Please read the safety information on each product page and supervise children. Balloons and small parts can be a choking hazard for children under 8. Use products only as intended.

8. Use of the site

You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.
