Free tracked shipping on every order

All orders ship free with tracking. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times (after processing)

Australia: 8-20 business days
United States: 5-15 business days (items shipping from our US warehouse: 3-7 business days)
Canada, New Zealand and other countries: 7-20 business days

These are estimates - delays can happen during peak season, bad weather or customs checks.

Christmas order dates

For the best chance of delivery before Christmas, please order by:

Australia, Canada and New Zealand: 28 November
United States: 3 December (US warehouse items: 15 December)

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are sent from our suppliers' warehouses (mainly China, with some items from the USA). Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.
